Tuckahoe Recreation Club offers year-round full memberships as well as a limited indoor season membership for individuals. For full memberships, all family members, including children age three to twenty-one, residing at home must join. Other adults over the age of twenty-one who live at home may join, but are not required to do so. All members, regardless of date of joining, will be billed in early April for dues for the next year.
Tuckahoe currently has a waiting list for full membership. This means that by applying now you may be admitted to membership in about 3 – 4 years. In the past, if you were on our wait list and you register for our Limited (winter) Membership, the By-Laws states that you would have priority to be invited for the upcoming season, giving you a shorter wait time. This policy is at Board discretion, and is subject to change. Thank you for your patience in waiting, Membership at Tuckahoe is worth it!
Application and Initiation Fee
The initiation fee is established by the Board of Directors at the beginning of each fiscal year. The initiation fee for new members is $1,500 for singles, and $2,500 for families of 2 or more, per membership application (per family, not per person) payable upon acceptance of membership. Upon submission of your membership application to get on our Wait List, an Initiation Fee Deposit in the amount of $500 (plus $35 application fee) will be due and payable.
Application and Initiation fees are non-refundable upon your departure from the Club.

Resigning Your Membership?
We would like to thank you and your family for being members of Tuckahoe and while it is sad for you to go we understand that life moves at its own pace. Resignations are done in writing (email too) to firstname.lastname@example.org Once a resignation is received it is effective immediately.
