Then you are ready for cardio that raises your heart rates and strengthens your heart and lungs.
Then you will be moving into sculpting , also called weight training which uses external weight or resistance or your own body weight to stress the muscles. The result is a tone body and also weight loss.
Ready for strengthening core abs and the muscles of the torso, especially the lower back ( so no more back pain) and abdominal area.
Right before the stretching we have the balance that strengthen the muscles that help keep you upright including legs and core area. Those kind of exercises can improve stability and help prevent falls.
