We offer personalized group fitness classes, and we would love for you to come and try them out. If you’re ready for change, Tuckahoe’s Yoga and Piyo classes could be part of your journey. Regardless of your current fitness level, we’ll meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals.

- Here at Tuckahoe we offer Iyengar yoga with our wonderful instructor, Sophie! This method of yoga is intended to accommodate people who came with injuries, stiffness, illness or other issues but still have an interest in practicing yoga.

- The member price is $160 per season or $20 drop-in
- The non-members price is $176 per season or $22 drop-in

- Water Aerobics is for all members and non members and that it is walk-in – you do not need to sign up prior to the class. First class is free. Additional fees apply.
