RESERVATION FORM FOR HEATED PAVILION FACILITY RENTAL FOR

HEATED PAVILION IN THE WINTER MONTHS

Tuckahoe Recreation Club welcomes private events sponsored by members. The rules below have been adopted to ensure fairness to all members and to assist in the smooth management of the pool. The staff will make every attempt to ensure compliance with these rules so that all members may enjoy the facility equally.

  • Your reservation is not confirmed until the completed Rental Form (linked below) and payment are submitted and you receive a confirmation email from the Club.

  • Parties may be scheduled by an adult member no more than 30 days and no fewer than 5 days in advance. All reservations require a completed Rental Form (linked below) and are subject to final approval by the General Manager.

  • A $150 rental fee applies for Pavilion parties during the winter months. Rentals are limited to three hours and must be paid at the time of reservation. Groups must vacate the area at the end of the three-hour period or additional charges may apply. Grills are not included, but are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be cleaned by the member after use.
  • A $200 refundable deposit is required with your Heated Pavilion reservation to secure the space. The deposit helps ensure no damage occurs and that the area is properly cleaned after your event, including trash removal, table wiping, and removal of decorations. All fees and charges must be settled with the front desk at the conclusion of your party.
  • If the party area is not cleaned after your event, a $50 per hour cleanup fee will apply. Any damage to Club equipment or merchandise will be deducted from your deposit, and members are responsible for the full cost of repairs if damages exceed the deposit amount.
  • All attendees, members and non-members, must sign in at the front desk upon arrival. Guest fees apply to all non-members, including children and adults, and must be paid at the front desk at the conclusion of the event.
  • The sponsoring member is responsible for the conduct, safety, and supervision of their guests. All guests must follow Club rules, and the manager on duty may end an event if behavior violates Club policies. Refunds will not be issued if a party is ended due to rule violations.
  • Parties are limited to a maximum of 30 total attendees, including adults and children, members and non-members.
  • Tuckahoe Recreation Club is unable to store any food items in the freezer/refrigerator for your event.
  • Glass containers are not permitted anywhere on Club grounds. Alcohol is allowed only on the hill, patio, and pavilion, and is not permitted in pool areas.
  • Thank you, and we hope you enjoy your event at Tuckahoe!
